1.0− I had booked the apartment for 7th November - 10th November. After reaching the property, the receptionist said that they don't have any booking under my name. However after struggling for 1 hour then she told me that we have already not accepted the booking through Booking.com and the rooms are full. We struggled there for 4 hours convincing both booking.com and the property. However booking.com promised to give the refund. But I wasted a total of my 4 hours

1.0De locatie. We hebben bewust voor dit verblijf gekozen omwille van locatie.
− Alles! Meest onhygiënische kamer waar ik ooit in heb mogen verblijven. Het zat vol insecten, spinnenwebben, schimmel, en er hing een muffe geur! Voor mijn vrouw en kind was dit een trauma!
