7.0Para la temporada de invierno tiene una excelente calefacción. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda, el barrio es muy tranquilo. Los colchones cómodos.
− La limpieza dejó mucho q desear, es una casa muy cómoda pero sin mantenimiento de pintura, paredes muy sucias, muchas telas de araña, cortinas viejas y rotas. .
