7.0Tolle Lage, schöne, wertige Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet.
− Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider wenig Lichteinfall/wenig sonnig. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung sind unangemessen, zumal man die Wohnung besenrein übergeben werden soll, mit entsorgtem Müll, abgezogener Bettwäsche, ausgeräumter Spülmaschine. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/verantwortlichen vor Ort war unbefriedigend.
