Nagyon közel van a parthoz, igazából kilépsz a strandra az udvarból😍 Kilátásunk egy az egyben az volt, mint a hirdetésben! Teraszról nagyon jó a kilátás és a többi vendéggel sem volt probléma. Több bolt és étterem is 5 perc sétával megközelíthető. Használható grill, napernyő és úszógumik is.

− Sajnos a fürdőbe sokszor erősen érezhető volt a csatorna szaga, de egy szigeten előfordul az ilyen.🙂

Before arrival, the property manager contacted us on Whatsapp. We met at the apartment to collect the keys without any problems. He charged us the necessary fees and showed us everything and answered all questions. It was possible to pay by card without any problems. We were very pleased to receive a welcome package with wine, cheese and other regional delicacies. There was also a small set for the kitchen to start with. Good spacious apartment. Large living room with dining room. Rooms not too large but you only sleep there anyway. Each room has a spacious wardrobe which is a plus. Lots of towels available. After a few days there was cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels. Great sea view. Large and spacious terrace with a large table and comfortable chairs. Ideal for evening dinners with a sea view. Air conditioning and internet worked very well without any problems. In the storage room you could find 2 sun loungers for the beach as well as sun umbrellas. There was also a grill available. In the garage there was a second toilet with a shower. outside access to a water hose was also very useful to quickly rinse off the sand before entering the apartment. The beach was within reach. All you had to do was walk around the building and there was a gate with an exit to the beach. A very nice part of the beach. Ideal for families with children. Flat descent to the water and the sea up to your knees through a large shade from the shore.

− The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable for us. They were too soft. The kitchen was obviously new. But the kitchen equipment was very poor. Only 2 large heavy sous pans and one small. 2 good quality frying pans, a few bowls, a strainer, a set of knives and forks and a small cooking utensil set. But there were a lot of plates, cups and glasses and as many as 5 wine openers. No toilet paper and basic things like washing-up liquid. But it was nice that there was a starter pack. Ants gathered and entered through the crack next to the main entrance door. We had to sweep them out from time to time.

The location is perfect, right in front of the beach; it’s also well connected to Port Alcudia and Alcudia (direct bus) and the bus stop is 2min away from the apartment. The place was very clean and had everything you needed.
