5.0The location was really good, with lots of shops, cafés and places nearby. The instructions on how to find and access the apartment were very clear and easy to follow, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself looked lovely and stylish.
− Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. During our entire stay (3 nights), there was no internet connection. The hosts said they contacted the internet provider and that it might have been an area issue, but we didn’t receive any updates about what was happening or when it could be fixed. Because of this, we couldn’t use the TV to watch football or use the Wi-Fi, and had to rely on our own mobile data, which was quite limited. The cleanliness could also be improved. The apartment looked nice overall, but some areas needed more attention, especially the kitchen knives, which were quite dirty. Another thing I found inconvenient was the microwave being placed on top of the fridge. As someone who is around 5’4, it was very difficult to reach — I could only really open the door. It also felt unsafe taking hot food out from that height. I think moving the microwave to a lower, more accessible place would make a big difference.

− The bed was broken and the mattress very thin and uncomfortable. Had 2 nights before bed was repaired and new mattress promised never came. Worst sleep ever. Floors were grimy. The rug was filthy. Scuff marks and poor damage repairs to walls. Terrible experience.

8.0It is a really nice apartment and the cleaners are friendly and helpful location is good only negative is parking space we did manage to get one but took awhile sometimes to get one but still enjoyed stay also it was easy to speak to staff if we needed to
