− Impolite staff. Ask to repair washer but never repair . Private onsen too hot
Good location and onsen facilities with helpful staff. Average buffet quality & hotel maintenance.
6.0Good location, good onsen facilities, the staff were able to change our room from smoking to non-smoking (we booked a smoking room by accident) with us paying for a room upgrade.
− Hotel interior could be better-maintained, the buffet dinner/breakfast had a good variety but quality of food was average, if parking near the hotel is taken up you may need to park ~5min walk away up a slope (staff organised a car to transport drivers back on day of check in when it was raining - we didn't bother to request this on the day of check out but I imagine you probably could).
