6.0Location was good, good communication with owner
− It's in a real state of repair, flush wouldn't stop flowing, had to keep pressing the flush to stop it. Mattress broke, but owner replaced, shower holder broken, so had to hold shower. Go hot and cold. Wallpaper falling off. Cobwebs and not really that clean. Heating broke, but someone come to fix. No theromostate to control heating, so not a comfortable temperature. You get what you pay for. We accepted it not to be perfect

8.0Хорошие аппаратаменты, но надо доработать. Месторасположение хорошее, но ужасная дорога. Тратуар убит. Ведут ремонтные работы. Просторно. С окна отличный вид на горы. Тепло. Отличный балкон. Хозяка очень отзывчивая и дала рекомендации.
− Что нужно доработать. 1. Бочок от унитаза надо починить. 2. Дверь от балкона плохо закрывается. 3. В квартире нет ничего, что необходимо. Например, на кухне нет ни соли, ни сахара, ни масла для жарки. Все наши квартиры, что мы снимали имели всё это на кухне. Мы сейчас в квартире, где есть всё, от тарочек до ухочисток. Цена меньше. Это мой совет. Если всё это будет, ухочистоки, конечно, не обязательны, но на кухне такие вещи как соль быть должны. 4. Освещение ужасное. Надо менять. Но это мелочи, которые можно исправить за один день. 5. Матрасы не удобны, но не смертельно. Успеха.
