Идеальный порядок и чистота. Качественая дорогая мебель, сантехника, кухонные принадлежности. Расположение в тихом уютном месте города. Супермаркеты REWE, ALDI, - всё рядом, буквально в "пяти шагах" (5-7 минут пешком).

Perfect apartment, but the host’s behavior at checkout was shocking and unacceptable

The apartment is really fabulous

− We stayed for 4 nights in April 2026, and everything about the apartment itself was excellent: very clean, well-equipped, great location, and comfortable. We would have happily given a perfect score — if not for what happened at checkout. Checkout was at 10:00 AM. We were 15 minutes late, and I understand that being late is not ideal, but the host’s reaction was completely disproportionate. At exactly 10:00 AM, he stormed into the apartment like a fury, even though it was a Sunday morning and no other guests were waiting. He refused to listen to any explanation. We had already started packing, the apartment was in perfect condition — kitchen clean, dishwasher running, garbage properly sorted and tied in separate bags. I tried calmly to explain the reason for the short delay, but he wouldn’t listen. He went into the bedroom and ripped off the sheets aggressively, then went into the bathroom (where my wife was changing) and started throwing everything into the washing machine. He even went so far as to use his body to bump her out of the way of the washing machine! If he had used his hands I would have no choice but to call the police. This aggressive behavior created such a stressful situation that my wife — who suffers from stress-induced asthma — had an asthma attack. We are both in our sixties (66 and 62) and tried to speak calmly and politely, asking for just 10 minutes of patience. Instead, we were treated with anger and disrespect. I have booked many accommodations around the world through Booking.com and have an spotless reputation as a guest. I stayed calm only because I feared that any reaction could have escalated things to the point of needing police intervention. This review is not about the apartment — which was great — but about the host’s unacceptable behavior. Respect and basic human decency matter, especially toward older guests. I strongly advise future guests to be aware of this before booking.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung , für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend . Ruhige Lage und gute Busanbindung . Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung mit dem Auto zu erreichen wie Wilhelmshaven, Cuxhaven , Bremerhaven. Netter Vermieter

Goed, redelijk dicht bij centrum.

− Persoonlijk miste ik een eettafel om aan te zitten (lezen, schrijven) oid, maar daar was natuurlijk ook geen ruimte voor.

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst! Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder!
