10.0What a wonderful small piece of paradise. We had the most beautiful stay, so relaxing and refreshing after visiting the big cities I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful country oasis. All staff were very friendly and the food was out of this world. You can tell that so much thought and love goes into everything they do here.

10.0The best stay I’ve ever had. So calm and peaceful. The cleanest most beautiful room with the best staff ever. And seeing Karin and her dog everyday made our stay absolutely amazing and we felt so welcomed. I will miss waking up and seeing cosseto.

9.0San Martino is a quiet and peaceful retreat close to the center of Montepulciano. The place is conducive to sitting on the porch or by the pool and read all day. The property and rooms were thoughtfully designed and furnished with unique items, some handmade, other found. Great view of the city from the bedroom window. The excellent breakfasts were served on the verandah facing the valley and mountains bordering the property; a welcome manner to meet the morning and plan the day.

10.0A truly unique and unforgettable experience! This eco-friendly hotel is unlike any other place we’ve stayed. Everything is thoughtfully designed with great respect for nature, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Karen, the owner, was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel at home. Her hospitality made our stay even more special. The natural swimming pool was simply incredible! Swimming in water without chemicals was a unique experience and one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing, sustainable getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. We would definitely love to come back!
