Was close to the port

− Upon arrival, we were shocked by the extremely poor and unsanitary condition of the property. While we had no issue with the fact that the house was an old, traditional Elban structure, the lack of any investment in its maintenance or cleanliness was unacceptable—especially considering the high price we paid. Below is a detailed list of issues we encountered: 1. Severe cleanliness problems: * Fecal stains were found under the toilet seat, which was also broken. * Mattresses and pillows were filthy and emitted a strong, unpleasant smell. * Blankets provided were dirty, smelly, and covered in hair from previous guests. * No toilet paper was provided at all. * The kitchen was not equipped and all surfaces were dirty, rusty, and covered in limescale. 2. Damaged furniture and safety concerns: * Almost every piece of furniture was damaged; cabinet doors came off when opened. * Electrical sockets were hanging from the walls, posing a serious safety risk. 3. Lack of basic comfort: * Despite being charged separately for bed linens and towels, we had to carry them ourselves to the accommodation. * The apartment had no heating whatsoever. My 74-year-old mother, who is seriously ill, was forced to sleep in her coat. * Noise levels were intolerable; the apartment is in a very loud building, and the neighbors’ stomping could be heard late into the night. 4. Customer experience: * Instead of enjoying our vacation, we lost an entire day dealing with stress, disappointment, and discomfort due to the condition of this property.
