7.0Spacious, comfortable and well appointed villa, family friendly facilities such as a nice indoor pool, kids playroom, pedal bike track and ample outdoor spaces. Impressive spa and friendly staff, and food at the Chinese restaurant was delicious. Good breakfast buffet spread.
− On the pricey side (even considering the space), limited on site dining options and room service menu, no notable nearby malls, amenities or attractions besides Chimelong, and some basic room amenities were lacking (e.g., no towels at all in downstairs bathroom or crockery / cutlery at all in the kitchen). Room was only available at 5pm, but the staff did compensate by offering a spa discount.

− service level was poor. waited at check in reception for 5mins despite there are 4 tables and 2 other staffs are available to serve. bungy staffs were busy chatting most time and unaware service required despite standing at lobby entrance waiting. breakfast in room dining was a total messed up. food ordered arrived wrong and incomplete.
