We loved our stay at Lagouvardos Beach House. Being just 100 meters from the beach made it effortless to spend our days by the water and still come back to a proper home base — a real treat compared to a standard hotel room. The two bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the fully equipped kitchen meant we could cook fresh meals whenever we felt like it instead of eating out every night. The terrace with garden views was a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink after the beach, and reliable Wi-Fi meant we could stay relaxed without worrying about connectivity. It's easy to see why this place earns such a high guest rating — everything about it felt well thought out and genuinely comfortable. A wonderful home base for a beach getaway, and we'd book it again without hesitation.

Christina is an excellent and welcoming host. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with brand-new furniture and modern equipment. We especially loved the beautiful patio and garden, which create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The stunning Lagouvardos Beach is just across the street, making the location perfect for a beach holiday. Marathopolis, only a 9-minute drive away, has everything you need, including market, restaurants, gyros fast food and cafés. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment. It truly deserves a perfect 10/10!

Εκπληκτική κατοικία, μοντέρνα, με κύρια χαρακτηριστικά της την άνεση, την καθαριότητα και την πολυτέλεια, άρτια εξοπλισμένη με φοβερή χωροταξικη κατανομή, με υπέροχες βεράντες, έπιπλα, καταπληκτικό κήπο, σε φοβερή τοποθεσία ένα βήμα από τη θάλασσα, με πληθώρα επιλογών σε ταβερνες, beach bars, markets, αγορά, υπέροχες παραλίες, χώρους αρχαιολογικού ενδιαφέροντος! Κέντρο, απόκεντρο πολύ κοντά σε Πύλο, Γιάλοβα, Βοϊδοκοιλιά, Κυπαρισσία, Φιλιατρά... Υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες, εύχαροι, ευγενικοί, διακριτικοί σου παρέχουν πληθώρα συμβουλών, πληροφοριών, κατευθύνσεων που θα σε κατατοπισουν πλήρως, έτοιμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν ανά πάσα στιγμή! Τα πάντα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα, σίγουρα θα σας ξαναεπιλεξουμε να μας εξυπηρετήσετε !!!

Къщата и апартамента в който бяхме , беше красшво аранжиран , с осигурена самостоятелност, тъй като е в общ двор. Оборудван с всичко необходимо за един прекрасен престой! Добра климатизация и нови уреди в кухнята . Кристина беше страхотна домакиня , посрещна ни приятелски и ни направи много вкусни домашни сладкиши,както и ни даде плодове и зеленчуци от нейната градина,много мил жест! Къщата е разположена в непосредствена близост до прекрасен плаж!

− Улицата пред къщата е оживена и доста скоростна, ако си с кола е малко неудобно излизането от двора ,защото няма много добра видимост! Едно огледало от другата страна на пътя би било много удобно и прекрасно улеснение за по безопасно излизане от двора, но това не е проблем, а само трябва да се има в предвид!

A very comfortable and well-equipped stay

The apartment was really well set up, it was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and there were lovely little gestures like fruit, wine, butter, spreads and bread, which really helped make our stay comfortable. Christina, the host, was also really welcoming and helpful. There were lots of recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which we appreciated.

− I was surprised on arrival to find that the accommodation is actually part of a larger home. I felt this was a little misleading, as I wouldn’t normally choose to rent a property where the owner lives upstairs. That said, Christina was so lovely that it quickly stopped being an issue once we settled in.

Super moderne und schöne Unterkunft! Top ausgestattet und schön hergerichtet. Begrüßungskorb mit leckeren Kleinigkeiten. Christina ist ein top Host und hat uns den ganzen Aufenthalt noch verschönert! Urlaub wie man es sich wünscht! Klare Weiterempfehlung!
