10.0Apartamento muy bien ubicado, conjunto residencial seguro en el norte de Monteria. Recomendado.

− Equipamiento en regular estado (puertas, camas, sillas, colchones, ropa de cama, etc). Deficiente limpieza del apartamento (por ejemplo, zonas húmedas con moho). Además, tanto el baño como la cocina estaban llenas de chiripas (cucarachas pequeñas). Da cuenta de mucho descuido. Muy decepcionado.
