1.0− We booked a room at Sree Arul Muthu Residency, Madurai. Unfortunately, I was unable to download the invoice through the app. I contacted the hotel for assistance, but the staff member spoke to me very rudely. He refused to provide the invoice and simply told me to collect it from the online booking platform. I am disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour and the lack of support in obtaining the bill. I request that this issue be addressed and that I receive my invoice at the earliest.

1.0Absolutely NOTHING The WORST hotel ever
− The staff is VERY irresponsible, not cooperating, the manager is VERY VERY RUDE, not at all answering the phone calls or messages, bathrooms outside in the backyard are VERY VERY bad, it's like spoiled and unused bathrooms, rooms are VERY small, even the bedsheets and pillow covers were also not at all cleaned. THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH FOR WHAT WE PAID
