10.0Virtually everything. I've stayed here before & was eager to return. The location is perfect, a tranquil neighbourhood, yet every amenity is just a couple of minutes away. The owner lives on site so is always available to give help or advice though is not at all intrusive. That in itself is a reassurance. I've stayed in apartments around here & elsewhere previously, & although ok for a short stay, this place is a HOME, it has everything anyone might need.
− I'd have liked a little more hot water in the bathroom! Although perhaps I could have adjusted the settings on the water heater myself? Not sure?

10.0Everything! Location, clean & comfortable spacious apartment beautifully furnished & decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Large balcony with stunning views. Situated in a tranquil leafy neighbourhood with every amenity within 5 minutes walk. Convenience stores, panaderias, barbers, cafes, bars, fast food restaurants, you will want for nothing here. Owner on hand to help with any enquiry but not at all intrusive
