This house needs good cleaning and maintenance. Looks like been abandoned for years.

− There are solar panels, they don’t accommodate enough power during the day. I’ve been told by the manager not to use washing machine and air con in one of the bedrooms. Second one didn’t work at all. Around 1 pm the power was gone, no electricity, no air conditioning, no internet, just darkness. We complained and we were refunded. Wasn’t really nice wasting air time to solve this problem. Also sheets and towels were dirty. Hair in the shower room as well.

I liked that the property was approximately 15 min from Ocho Rios The community is relatively quiet and friendly.The home was lovely and welcoming. The host Ms. Sharron is so welcoming and kind she was so helpful and patient with explaining the use of things within the property. I appreciated her coming to collect the keys as I didn't stay until the last day. Ms. D was also very hospitable and kind talking over the phone. I look forward to my future stays I would definitely recommend your home as a beautiful place to enjoy Jamaica 🇯🇲 and live at during future holidays in Jamaica. The home was clean and has a full size refrigerator which was great to store our water and food. Has a nice laundry area which was great! I loved that the home had hot water to use for showers!!! Overall I loved my stay and look forward to booking future holidays. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOME!! Liked TV in living room and one bedroom.

− Not all people have streming Apps to watch or connect to all tvs should at least have local viewing On rainy, late nights and relaxing morning days it would be nice to look at regular tv in master bedroom. Rush hour traffic it could be 25 min. Or more from Ocho Rios to drive to the property. The roads going to the property are bad many pot holes all over the streets, Street signs aren't visible. VERY DARK ROADS NO STREET LIGHTS GOING TO PROPERTY AT NIGHT. I would of love to use the back yard more but the grass wasn't cut and the small jacuzzi pool was filled with debris. I didn't want to be a pool cleaner while on vacation. If it was covered that may help to keep it clean once it is cleaned properly and pool shock added to maintenance the water and algae growth. The bathroom needs a towel or shower rug to use after the shower especially sense the door opens out to the floor and water drips from shower door on the floor. Also clean towels for guess to use during the stay. I was told the previous guest stole the towels and sheets. However when your traveling you don't expect to have the expense of buying your own towels and sheets unless told prior to coming. The property needs a solar light on porch at night so you can see. To get in the door. Otherwise you must leave the regular power lights on all day for the porch and I was raised to conserve energy when possible. I don't really have anything bad to say about the property. My comments are to help the host make adjustments that will enhance future guests staying at her home.
