− Our room was at the top floor and a the windows were inconvenient to handle. Our sink handle broke easily.

− Amenities is upon request. We had to check what we need in the room, such as shower cap, cup, spoon and so on. Hair dryer was very poor.

− 場所が分かりにくい。 窓が開かない とにかく暑い、シャワーの後も暑すぎ シャワーの排水が悪く 気を付けないとトイレの方に水が流れて床がびちょびちょ。

− One of the breakfast staff members was not kind or welcoming. I believe additional customer service training would be helpful. Besides, the fan didn't work very well for air conditioning.
Fantastic location consider staying here in cooler months as no conditioning makes it quite uncomfortable

− No AC, so it was overwhelmingly hot in the room making it difficult to sleep. The staff at the front desk is not always pleasant and seems annoyed when you ask questions
