9.0Lokacija objekta je odlična. U mirnom delu Paralije. Iako kuća nije u prvom redu do mora park koji se nalazi ispred omogućava direktan pogled na more, vetrić i šum talasa kao da ste na obali. Apartman je jako dobro opremljen. Vlasnik je ostavio sve sitne potrepštine kako u kuhinji tako i od kućne hemije. Terasa velika, prostrana i zasenčena tako da se može boraviti na njoj u svako doba dana.
− Kupatilo je malo, ali ipak funkcionalno. Prostor za tuš se preklapa sa toaletom. Krevet u dnevnom boravku nije baš udoban za spavanje.

10.0Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στη θάλασσα και με ησυχία.Το διαμέρισμα είχε τα πάντα .Πολύ ωραία και μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα.Το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο.
