Very Bad fake pictures with bad management
1.0Only the view from the hotel was good.
− It was a little bit far from the market as expected it is worthless,staff behaviour was not good. They charged us more and the parking facility is not there you have to pay 150/- per night for two wheeler. We ordered 7 biryani out of 7 they gave us only five with fried rice which was good. T.V and geyser was not working with a very bad smell. Never try to book this hotel It's a very very bad experience with not good management.

Completely Misleading – Horrible Experience with Family
1.0I don’t find anything to like here.
− I booked this place thinking it was a homestay, but it’s nothing more than a poor-quality rest house. Visiting with my family was the biggest mistake. I strongly advise not to choose this place if you are traveling with family. The hotel staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They didn’t even bother to assist during the check-in process, especially the Nepali man (an overweight staff member) who was very disrespectful. Basic amenities were not working—the geyser was not working in all three rooms I booked. Room quality is pathetic, poorly maintained, and far from what was shown in photos. On top of that, the staff kept asking for money repeatedly for different reasons, making the entire experience uncomfortable. There is no proper road access to this property, which added to our inconvenience. Overall, a terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you are with family.

10.0Its was a great experience.The rooms were cleanThe staff is very respectful.The views from the hotel were beautiful.I love peace because I live in a city where sometimes I can't hear my own inner voice.The location is very good. The lake is at a maximum walking distance of 10 minutes from here.I spoke to Dibyendu Mukherjee, he is a very professional man.
