Great apartment in city center to enjoy Almaty
10.0- location is great, close to city center, multiple attractions, pedestrian areas and restaurants - staff was great and very helpful, provided all we needed and more - will stay again when back to Almaty - nice fresh and cozy apartment with lots of space - premises have all necessary facilities

− The entrance and as it is a GF apartment repair work outside did not allow us to open the curtains. The bedroom curtain and blinds were faulty

Comfortable apartment in a great location.
9.0Very comfortable apartment in a great location, lots of restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket nearby. Very convenient to have a washing machine.
− Most of the day the hot water in the shower was great, however if you want to take a shower before 8 am there wasn’t any hot water. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, some guests may find this difficult as there isn’t a lift.
