Great value, comfortable and clean
8.0Very clean and bright. Great secured parking behind locked gate. 6 blocks from Ocean Blvd so a 10-15 minute walk to many places. We were there for the Grand Prix so far enough away from the crowds to be more relaxing.
− More homeless people than I expected but it is downtown so it is to be expected. Had zero issues or concerns though. Just need to be aware if walking around at night.

Cute and clean!
9.0The property was clean, and the owner was always super responsive. This place is located in close proximity of lots of shops and restaurants.
− The only downside of this propery was the location. Unfortunately it it located in Downtown Long Beach, where there are a LOT of homeless people. There was always quite a bit of noise during the night, which was quite disruptive to our sleep. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
