1.0− very mouldy shower. dirty with ants everywhere. stains all over the lounge. bent fan. unit a few doors down had a sign on the front that police were investigating. in the yard down below was like a junkyard. security gate for carpark was broken. pool looked nice but never had time to use it. laundry wasn't even available.

3.0− The information from Booking.com said we would be met on site to be let into the property. We gave our arrival time as 4-5pm. There was no one to meet us at 4:25. It took 2 attempted phone calls (they did not pick up), a txt message, a Whatsapp message and a message through Booking.com before they responded. This was about 15 minutes later. We were then sent an entry code. We at this point had thought we had been scammed and were trying to find alternative accommodation. Very stressful.

3.0Reasonable price and handy to the city.
− Definitely not suitable for families with children lots of domestics around the apartments. Couldn't use laundry was under police investigation and to make matters worse only provided 2 towels for a booking of 3
