10.0開放感があり家族をより身近に感じられる家でした。またとても清潔でした。
− 板の間に引く布団が薄く、寝心地が今一つでした。

9.0施設はとても広く開放感のある家で、トイレや洗面所、お風呂などの水回りがとても綺麗で清潔感があります。お風呂に関しては床が柔らかくなっており、小さい子供を安心して入れる事ができました。設備もバルミューダのレンジや炊飯器に湯沸かし器、そして大きなファミリー用の冷蔵庫に洗濯機まで置いてあり、全てとても綺麗です。BBQ用のグリルも綺麗に管理されていました。お布団もとても綺麗でした！
− キッチン自体は綺麗なのですが、キッチンに入ると少し生臭かったです。そして主に一階の床が結構汚れていて、靴下の裏を見ると皆んな真っ黒になってしまっていました。
