Super, wenn man erst einmal drin ist
9.0Appartments sind toll und großzügig ausgestattet. Sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt.
− Es gab zu keiner Zeit Personal an der Rezeption. Der Checkin am Automat ist nicht barrierefrei und sehr aufwändig. Die Gäste vor uns benötigten ca. 20 Minuten und wir standen dumm herum.

Apparement superbe, service inexistant = très déçue
2.0À peu près tous sauf qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel DU TOUT en weekend de férié je trouve ça incompréhensible
− Le personnel = inexistant . Impossible de faire le checkin plus tôt, un enfer après avoir voyager la nuit pour arriver , très déçue d’un service desk inexistant en période de vacances ( ça me semble logique qu’il y ai au moins une personne )

1.0Nach dem Check-in haben wir keine Schlüssel-Karten bekommen und haben dort nicht übernachtet. Kein Personal vor Ort (nur telefonischen Kontakt mit Personen vom Call-Center, die keine Ahnung haben, was für Aufenthalt das ist), kein Frühstück (uns wurde telefonisch gesagt, man könnte im Hauptbahnhof frühstücken!?). Außerdem ist das Gebäude sehr schwer zu finden, über einem öffentlichen Parkhaus gebildet. Also, kein Personal, kein Frühstück, keine eigene Parkplätze, für uns - keine Karten um Türen zu öffnen. Wir haben die Buchung storniert und in einem anderen Hotel in Siegen übernachtet Trotzdem wurde uns keine Summe erstattet.
