1.0− I have booked this hotel in advance so many months but they never let me know that they are under renovation and not ready for my stay.

− Управляющий на ресепшн даже не в курсе, что такое booking, заселил нас вместо люкса в какую-то халупу с щелями в стенах, со сломанным краном в ванной, без обогрева. Полный ужас. Также прямо под окнами стояла клетка с бедными котами, которые сидели в клетке пол палящим солнцем и сорвали голос от крика и изнеможения. Живодёрство и бардак!
