4.0Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina.

2.0È in condizioni da necessitare una ristrutturazione generale.inoltre la cosa più importante non è dotato al momento di aria condizionata nonostante siamo a Ferragosto e la temperatura è quasi a 40°. Hanno voluto dire che avevano avvisato di questa mancanza ma credo che non sia sufficiente avvisare, ma deve essere fatto notare in maniera superlativa.

2.0Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️
