The best trip ever.

We was staying in Komodo village with a local family. So it wasn’t a 5 star hotel it was clean comfortable and we had an amazing view looking out of Komodo Island. The host was very friendly and helpful. The 4 day trip was all organised by Jhojo from pick up at the airport to a long boat over to Komodo. We had the most beautiful beaches to ourselves, Swam with many mantas, baby sharks and had the Komodo dragons all to ourselves. It really was a trip of a lifetime. Also not forgetting our guide for the trip Yudi. Real good guy and very knowledgeable about all the islands and the surroundings.

We absolutely loved our time in Komodo with JoJo and his family. They made sure we were always comfortable and having the best time. We saw manta rays, turtles, dolphins and of course Komodo dragons. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. We hope to be back soon !! The boat crew were also lovely 😊

Jojo our host was always there to help and make sure we had everything we needed. He organised day trips to various islands, beaches etc where we could snorkel or just relax. All equipment and food was provided. The homesyay was comfortable and we felt vert relaxed during our stay. The view was fantastic from our balcony, with a table and chairs for having our meals. Everything was provided, food, water etc. A great place to keep cool.

− While we were there they had some building wort going on. This was a bit noisy but we were out most of the day so it didn't affect us that much. This ultimately was to allow the gests to have their own access stairs to the appartment as well as toilet and shower. We shared the toilet and shower with the family during our stay.

If you are looking for a truly authentic and immersive experience, this is it. The accomodations are clean and comfortable and the large balcony offers a stunning, serene view of the Harbour and islands of Komodo National Park. Bajo Komodo Homestay is the perfect location from which to explore Komodo National Park and all its wonders and Jhojo is the perfect host to explore it with. With Jhojo as our guide, we saw many Komodo dragons, went to several different snorkeling locations - the best was Red Beach where we saw turtles up close, many, many colorful fish and an incredible variety of coral. It was the best snorkeling we have experienced. Jhojo took us to Padar Island where we hiked to the lookout point which was fantastic. Jhojo was patient and did not rush us on this challenging hike. From the outset, Jhojo and his family made this experience as unique and awe-inspiring as possible. From the moment we boarded our boat to the day of our return to Labuan Bajo, our trip never disappointed thanks to Jhojo. Thanks Jhojo.

Perfect location for the Komodo tour!

− The mosquito tent wasn’t quite big enough for two taller people (Over 6ft) The room was very hot maybe put another fan in.

Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van een driedaagse trip. Wij werden opgehaald met lokale boot en de dag erna een hele dag allerlei mooie plekken bezocht, de Komodovaranen gezien en mooie snorkelplekken. Jhojo was een geweldige organisator van dit alles.

− De lunch en diner waren zalig, het ontbijt was een beetje karig.
