Disappointing
4.0The location was not good and definitely NOT what we had booked due to a last minute "problem". However, the flat was nice and fully equipped ... but NOT suitable for dogs for which we had paid extra. Change of location at the last minute with some lame excuse.
− We didn't like the fact that they changed our paid for ground floor location with garden (which we had specifically booked for our dog) to a first floor apartment.

− The check-in that requires going to the management company's office in Ostia (40 minutes of extra driving), A number of things needed repair - non-working washing machine, shower upstairs, living room doors, refrigerator door seals, non existent water pressure in bidets, leaking bath tub Lack of key kitchen utensils - cutting board, fry pan Inconvenient gate locks that can only be unlocked from the inside by the user of keys (of which there four that looked identical but only one worked)
