9.03 bedrooms with a big lounge and kitchen area. Located in a quiet residential area of Providence. Only a 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop, which had a regular service to the centre of Providence. No keys required to get in to the property, just a code that you can choose.
− Stairs are quite sleep to the bedrooms.
OK place but don’t leave anything behind
6.0It was clean and easy to get in and out of. We had to turn both handles at the door, but that was only a minor issue
− I left a pair of jeans there and I called to see if they could find them and I know it’s my fault but come on man you know that the cleaners or whoever went by there took them I would appreciated the effort to get them returned. I would’ve paid the shipping, but they just said now I couldn’t find them. Didn’t really even try. I don’t think..

7.0The location is good. Very close to Federal Hill. Kitchen was nice with nice appliances. Rooms spacious. Living room good.
− Beds were hard. Cabinet in upstairs bathroom was very shaky. Whole house smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

10.0The house was neat, clean and very comfortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood conveniently located. Joe was a super great host. Responded to every question instantly and couldn’t have been nicer. He is an exemplary host.
− Nothing, it was what I was hoping for and exactly as described. Kitchen was very nice and entire house is renovated. I was very pleased. My stay was just over 5 weeks and there were no issues. Joe is very understanding and bent over backwards to accommodate me. I had an unexpected pet that had to stay for a couple of weeks, with no notice, not a problem.

− Stairs to bedrooms really steep. Light switches and door locks kind of difficult to figure out . Should have railing on outside stairs.
