1.0Acomodação ótima, terceira vez que fico hospedada mas infelizmente essa vez minha experiência foi péssima eu e minha mãe fomos ameaçadas, insultadas por uma hóspede bebada, e aparentemente drogada que invadiu nossa varanda para nos insultar e ameaçar sem motivos e o hotel somente trocou a gente de quarto, não expulsou essa pessoa e nem chamou a polícia
− Eu e minha mãe fomos comemorar o aniversário dela e a noite quando estávamos na varanda uma hóspede ao lado que estava hospedada com seu marido que nem vimos a cara dele, colocou a cara na nossa varanda e começou a nos ameaçar e insular com ciúmes de seu marido porque éramos 2 mulheres mãe e filha sem um homem ao lado. Nos xingou de todos os nomes e ameaçou a nos agredir fisicamente . O hotel somente trocou a gente de quarto. Não expulsou e nem chamou a polícia .

10.0O café da manhã era simplesmente excepcional. A massagem que demandamos foi excepcional. O atendimento e comprometimento dos funcionários foi excelente. O quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa. Minha mãe está com dificuldade de locomoção mas a pousada foi super tranquila pra ela nos acessos.
