8.0Sehr nette Vermieterin. Betten gemütlich, allerdings war die Jalousien im Schlafzimmer defekt. Da es aber noch ein 2. Schlafzimmer gab , haben wir dieses genommen. Vom Balkon hat man ein seitliche Blick auf das Meer, genau wie auf dem Bild.
− Sehr laut, da unmittelbar am Balkon eine Hauptstraße und hinter der Wohnung die Bahn fährt. Wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt sieht man das normale Leben. 😉

10.0Море чудесное. Пляж убирается. Владелица крайне отзывчивая и хорошая. У нас изменилось время прибытия и владелица подготовила номер раньше, чем планировалось. И даже включила для нас кондиционер, что было очень мило и своевременно. Полноценная большая трёхкомнатная квартира с душем, посудой, стиральной машиной, печкой, микроволновокой и балконом. Много шкафов для одежды. Приятное постельное белье. Все очень хорошо. Местная кухня (прежде всего рыбная) просто великолепна.
− Три недостатка. 1. Если с вами есть человек на креслокаталке, или ребенок в каляске это место точно не для вас. Для нас это не было проблемой, но пишу, как предупреждение. 2. К сожалению сковородки не пригодны для жарки. Абсолютно все пригорает. Думаю, это вина, скорее всего, кого-то из предыдущих жильцов, но все же. Мы вышли из положения тем, что использовали печку и запекали еду. 3. Если у кого-то из вас слишком чуткий сон, то вам пригодятся беруши. Рядом подходит железная дороа. Поезда ходят вечером и до полуночи и потом начинают движение рано утром. Нам это не мешало, но имейте ввиду.

9.0The apartment located near the beach, the way to the sea takes 5 minutes. There are supermarkets not far from here. There is balcony in the apartment. You can see the sea and the road. The photos of the apartment are real. The owner is friendly and attentive, she met us in the apartment and told about important moments.
