The hospitality was warm and genuine, the staff went above and beyond, and the entire experience made us feel not only welcome but truly cared for. I would like to give a special mention to Miss Oumaima,Mr Hafid,and Mr Idris (the driver who was responsible of all our excursions)Their kindness, professionalism, and constant willingness to help made our stay so memorable. They are the heart of what makes this place extraordinary, and I greet them with the deepest gratitude. The restaurant service was outstanding – every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff in the dining area were attentive and always smiling, making every breakfast, lunch, and dinner a joy. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. Everything was spotless and maintained with great care. Anytime we needed help, whether it was a small request or guidance, the staff were ready with solutions and a smile. This is not just a hotel; it’s a place where you feel at home while being treated like royalty. I will absolutely return, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, kindness, and professionalism. Un grand merci tout particulier à Oumaima, qui a rendu cette expérience encore plus mémorable. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité ont été exceptionnels. L'appartement est spacieux et propre, avec des détails soignés pour le plus grand plaisir des clients. Le petit-déjeuner est équilibré et complet, et vous est servi en chambre. Il y a un restaurant et un café au rez-de-chaussée. Tout est conforme aux normes.
