7.0Großzügiges, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss in ruhiger, doch zentraler Hanglage. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist toll. Die gute Ausstattung vor allem der Küche lädt zum Selberkochen ein. Die Garage ist nützlich (nicht ganz einfach zu befahren). Gute Zentralheizung mit Raumthermostat. Die Markise war hilfreich. Aufmerksame Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Wir konnten etwas früher ein- und auschecken, danke dafür. Alles in allem hatten wir hier ein paar schöne Tage.
− Der Außenbereich war nicht sehr sauber (viele Tierhaare). Die Matratzen fanden wir recht unbequem, wie auch die sehr dicken Kissen. Die Dusche ist etwas klein geraten. Durch die Ausrichtung nach Osten ist schon am frühen Nachmittag die Terrasse vollständig schattig, was im Hochsommer auch ein Vorteil sein kann. Die Waschmaschine im Innenhof war defekt, soll aber kurzfristig ersetzt/repariert werden.
Manque d’hygiène dans l’appartement mais très belle vue.

− L’appartement était très sale. Les draps n’avaient pas été changés . J’ai dû laver mes draps après avoir passé ma première nuit dans des draps sales. Des mégots de cigarettes sur la terrasse. La vaisselle sale. Dommage car la vue de l’appartement est magnifique .

6.0La vista è senza dubbio il pezzo forte dell’appartamento, molto comodo anche il posto auto e la vicinanza al centro.
− L’appartamento ha un potenziale altissimo ma avrebbe bisogno di alcuni cambiamenti, su tutto, rinnovare il bagno e una accurata pulizia.

− PULIZIA DELL'ALLOGGIO BEN AL DI SOTTO DI QUANTO ACCETTABILE. PULIZIA DI LENZUOLA E SALVIETTE NON TOLLERABILE; NONOSTANTE AL MOMENTO DELL'ARRIVO FOSSE STATO FATTO NOTARE CHE MANCAVANO ALCUNE SALVIETTE LE STESSE NON SONO STATE INTEGRATE.
la struttura ha una vista mare mozzafiato. Ma abbiamo trovato l’appartamento sporco. Polvere un po’ ovunque, soprattutto
