Nice owner, overpriced place.
6.0The apartment is clear and big. The mattress is comfortable, the sheets are clean and the owner seems nice.
− The apartment is situated in a dirty and decrepit building. When you arrive you feel like running away. The owner is nice but the apartment is absolutely overpriced. we have stayed in other six accommodations in Evia that we have rated 10 and much cheaper. Everything is old and not well kept.

10.0Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και φωτεινό. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα και η κουζίνα αρκετά μεγάλη και είχε ό,τι θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!

9.0Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές, κουζίνα με ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα, μαγειρικά σκεύη και air-condition, δύο υπνοδωμάτια με TV και air-condition και στα δύο, μπαλκόνι με θέα την πόλη, μεγάλο μπάνιο και με πλυντήριο ρούχων.
