Beautiful house!

10.0

Everything! The house has been renovated to such a high standard and is absolutely stunning. Cheryl was a phenomenal host available to ask any questions. There is a folder full of information left for visitors which was very helpful. The house was exceptionally clean and felt very luxurious.

Nothing - would happily stay here again!

Great rural house, beautifully restored and with great hosts

10.0

This is the second time that we have stayed here, and it feels like a home away from home. Cheryl was very welcoming, and laid a fire in the drawing room as we arrived. This time we were a party of seven, but the house felt well used without being crowded. We included an eight year old and five year old, and they had plenty of room to play indoors and outdoors. A great touring base for Strangford Lough and the Ards peninsula and for both Norman and mediaeval sites in Lecale. Plus the beauties of the Mournes. Multiple excellent restaurants within a short (5 minutes) or reasonable (20 minutes) drive. And again, a spectacular house that has been lovingly restored.

The house was amazing, there was a group of 9 of us and we were all comfortable in the property. The hosts were lovely and even left us a little package of food and drinks. Definitely would go back again
