10.0Todo, estaba muy limpio, con todas las comodidades. Tenían aire acondicionado, ventilador, utensilios de cocina, toallas de playa y para la ducha, papel higiénico, varias almohadas. La verdad que todo estupendo.

3.0Positiv hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt - ein echtes Highlight. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da der Strand schnell zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Zudem haben wir immer problemlos Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür gefunden.
− Leider wurden diese positiven Aspekte durch erhebliche Mängel deutlich überschattet. Das Apartment befand sich bei unserer Ankunft in einem inakzeptablen Zustand. Es war stark verschmutzt und nicht hygienisch gereinigt. U.a. die Toilette als auch die Dusche waren offensichtlich nicht sauber - es befanden sich noch Haare darin, und die Toilette war nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten das Apartment zunächst selbst grundreinigen. Auch die Küche und Wohnzimmer wirkten insgesamt ungepflegt. Die Möbel, insbesondere die Schränke, waren stark abgenutzt. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, und das WLAN war sehr schwach. Der Vermieter reagierte auf unsere Hinweise zu den Mängeln nicht mehr. Insgesamt punktet die Unterkunft zwar mit Lage und Aussicht, weist jedoch gravierende Defizite in Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Service auf.
Overall, a very nice stay, with nice hosts in a nice apartment. I would definitely book again.
8.0-Great hosts- very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Gran Canaria -Excellent location overlooking the sea/harbour. -Lovely apartment [clean, well furnished, well decorated] with balcony. -Comfortable bed- nice shower. -Good price.
− -Living room lacked a lamp to have more subdued lighting -The TV didn't have any English channels [or I couldn't find any] -The kitchen could do with a push down coffee maker.
Would highly recommend, ideal base in the great resort of Puerto Rico!
10.0The location was superb, 5 minutes down the hill to the shopping centre where there was many bars and restaurant's, we ate out at a different place every night for a week. 10 minutes down hill in the other direction to a fantastic beach!
− It was a bit odd to be asked to wait before we left so as the property could be checked for any damage?
