7.0We loved the spacious lounge and big TV and the fact that it had three bedrooms. Nice kitchen with dishwasher and rooms have comfortable beds. Secure neighborhood.
− Remote gate motor broken. Leaky fridge with a smell (could be from previous tenants). Third bedroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Family shower has no water pressure. WiFi spotty at times.

9.0The space was wonderful, both inside and outside. Peaceful neighborhood. Value for money.
− The locked doors felt a bit weird. We couldn't use the garage, pantry cupboards as it were locked. The 1 room also had a locked door, not sure what was on the other side which made it creepy, so none of us slept in that room but it definitely was not a deal breaker. Just weird.
Unpleasant start
2.0There was nothing to like about our experience, as our arrival was met with a rude agent from Langebaan Holiday Homes. Our stay was already spoiled, and we just wanted the weekend to be over so we could go home. We had been looking forward to a wonderful weekend. But regret going there or ever dealing with them
− We got lost on our way to Langebaan and had the courtesy to inform them that we would be late. However, we were harassed by a rude agent from Langebaan Holiday Homes with phone calls and messages insisting that we pay a R500 fee. After we arrived, she insisted that we pay this amount in cash before we could receive the keys. My friends and I were very upset and would never use their services again or recommend them to others. Additionally, we were promised one free night due to a leak in the roof. When we informed the agent that we couldn’t stay because we had to work the following day and would prefer to use it another time, we never received any feedback from her. Furthermore, when we received our breakage deposit, R336 was deducted from the R1500 we had paid for allegedly removing lotion from the holiday home. I must say that we often go on weekend getaways, and we have never experienced anything like this. I would highly recommend staying away from Langebaan Holiday Homes.
