Nice apartment and central and well equipped kitchen.

Very central and close to the station.

− A bit noisy in the mornings when they emptied the waste.

Booked apartment, Paid $500, owner said double booked and can't stay at apartment. Won't refund.

− Alain, the owner, apparently double booked this property and informed us that even though we had prepaid the entire $500 amount, we would not be allowed to stay at the property. He asked us to apply for a full refund, which we did a month ago but no refund yet as of 10/28/26. Two more follow-up requests to Alain. We filed a complaint with Booking.com and they said they have not been able to contact Alain. I am not impressed with Alain or Booking.com. This has taken way too long to resolve. I do not recommend this property!

The apartment was fantastic had everything you needed and more very clean and had all facilities. The host was fantastic as we asked for and earlier check in and was given without hesitation. Location was great as was only about a 5 minute walk from the venue we wee attending. Would definitely book again if in the area as value for money was excellent and it's a superb apartment. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay, until next time.🙂

− There was nothing we could complain about everything was spot on. 🙂

Foi tudo ótimo, o anfitrião foi super prestativo e atencioso, nos atendeu quando pedi para fazer o check in mais cedo pois estava com as crianças. A casa é confortável e tem uma ótima localização

Ubicación y limpieza excelente. Tamaño aceptable para 4 personas para visitar Londres y pasar poco tiempo en él. Cocina equipada. Aunque no entramos al apartamento hasta las 18.00h por un problema según nos dijeron con el cliente anterior, tuvieron el detalle que agradecemos mucho, de poder dejar las maletas hasta las 13.00h

− Al estar en zona céntrica y concurrida y ser un bajo se oía muchísimo el ruido de la calle. Solo nos dejaron 1 toalla pequeña y 2 grandes para 4 personas y 4 días, lógicamente insuficiente. Cama de matrimonio pequeña y sofá cama para 2 adultos o adolescentes como en mi caso incómodo.
