The perfect home base for our stay in Rome
10.0My husband, two teenagers, and I couldn't have been happier with our stay here. We stayed at three different apartments during our time in Italy and this was our favorite. The location on Piazza Navona absolutely can't be beat! Mauro was the best host and was helpful in showing us everything during check-in, and answering questions over WhatsApp. And he went totally above and beyond in helping reunite my daughter with her phone when she accidentally left it there when we checked out. Also, the beds were comfortable, and the washer/dryer was super helpful. Bonus: if you stay here, make sure to go to the restaurant downstairs, Ristorante Bernini. We ate there multiple times. The food was great and they took good care of us!
− The exterior of the building was being restored during our stay which meant that the balcony was inaccessible and the windows were covered. That said, we didn't notice any noise or intrusion from the construction and the amazing location made it a no-brainer tradeoff for the price we paid. The only other thing that could have been better was that the piazza gets a bit noisy at night. This was only noticeable in one of the bedrooms and it wasn't so loud that it kept us up too much. Just a normal hazard of staying on a busy piazza!

10.0We stayed as a family with three children aged 17, 15 and 10, and every one of us loved this apartment. The location, right on Piazza Navona, is simply unbeatable - you truly feel you are living in the heart of Rome. Our host was exceptionally warm, welcoming and approachable, making us feel at home from the start.
− The apartment was charming, comfortable and wonderfully cool, which was such a pleasure after hot August days exploring the city. The balcony was covered due to temporary construction during our stay, but honestly, it did not affect our enjoyment at all.
It was perfect for what we needed and central to everything although we looked to book later in the year when the advert
7.0Location is amazing, middle school of everything with lots of restaurants in walking distance
− The floors were dirty but we just rolled with it and cleaned them ourselves as best we could. The intercom would ring multiple times around 7am every morning. We flagged to the owner and were informed it was likely garbage collection, he has confirmed after our stay this has been rectified. Obviously the advertising obscured our view of the Piazza from the apartment but we were fully aware of this prior to our stay.
