9.0We liked the location and the large balcony. A few minor things were wrong, but overall we enjoyed our stay
− A few of the cooking utensils weren't clean and the cups were marked. Cooker and shower also needed a good clean. Beds were very firm which made sleeping a little uncomfortable

− Would have liked grab rail in bathroom Prefer washer to dish washer in kitchen. Just our preference as my machine broke a couple of days before arriving here.

10.0Being so close to the beach, Theres a lovely dog friendly cafe and pub within walking distance , Everyone is so friendly on the site . Bacton woods is great for a dog walk
