10.0Deluxe and big place. One flight up. Nice furnishings and carpet. It has everything needed. Have to park off site but parking pass provided. Comfortable bed. A few stairs down to the well-equipped kitchen. Quiet.

8.0The location was very good, the apartment was well presented, the towels and bedding luxurious.
− The parking, we realise it's down to the council but feel it could have been explained better during the booking process. Should provide more than one T towel, oneJ cloth, and one bin liner. The knives and scissors need sharpening, maybe change the knife block because the knives have the sharp edge taken off them every time you replace them. Carpet in hall way needs shampooing

9.0Quiet location not far from the centre and South Bay. Attractive decor and furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped. Roomy for 2 people.
− You couldn't switch off the towel rail in the bathroom and it was literally burning hot. The blind in the sitting room wouldn't close properly.
