Perfektes Appartment in einer autentischen römischen Umgebung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung.
9.0Sehr günstige Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Traverstere mit Zug, Bus und Straßenbahnanbindung. So ist die Innenstadt in kurzer Zeit gut erreichbar und die Anbindung an Termini und dem Airport sehr gut. Das Appartment liegt im 2. Stock und ist durch einen Pförtnerdienst bzw. Eingangstür gesichert. Der Gebäudekomplex ist fortschrittlich mit Vertial-Greening versehen. Eine Rooftop Terasse im 9. Stock des Nebenappartments mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten kann mitgenutzt werden. Der Fitnessbereich ist im Erdgschoss neben dem Eingang über einen Türcode gut erreichbar, wirklich sehr groß und verfügt über sehr viele Cardio- und Fitnessgeräte. Das Appartment selbst ist geräumig gut geschnitten hat 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 bequeme Bäder. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Sehr guter Kontakt mit der Vermietung. Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst. Die Essensempfehlungen in der Stadt sind sehr gut. Insbesondere das Restaurant Recorino mit schmackhaften autentischen Speisen im aufstrebendem Nachbarstadteil Testaccion über die Tiberbrücke zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es gute Cafes (z.B. Ecke Via Carlo Porta und Via Portuense), ein autentischer kleiner Supermarkt mit frischen Produkten ist der Campagnia amica in der Vai Bernadino Passeri. In der Woche haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch schöne empfehlenswerte Ausflüge nach Ostia und Tivoli unternommen.
− Eigentlich kaum etwas. Man ist halt in einer römischen Großstadt mit viel Verkehr und Blaulichteinsätzen. Das bekommt man bei offenen Fenster immer mit.

5.0Unit was really clean and well maintained. The host was helpful in arranging transfers from the train station to the apartment.
− Extremely disappointed with the bed arrangement. When we booked it noted 2 bedrooms with a full bed in each. To our disappointment, we discovered a small sofa bed in the second bedroom and another sofa bed in the kitchen/family room area. While the host did try to make the sofa beds more comfortable, inevitably you can’t improve much with a 3” mattress and our sleep for our final two nights in Rome will be unforgettable for the wrong reasons. Showers were also extremely small.
