Die Lage ist Klasse, sehr gute Anbindung, eigenes Wachpersonal (24/7), Schlüsselbox, gute Aufteilung, die Ausstattung war ansprechend und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war Standard

− Leider war die Heizung die ganzen drei Tage kalt, das Wasser wurde auch nicht warm. Auf Anfrage was wir machen können, kam keine Rückmeldung, daher die Abzüge bei der Bewertung.

The flat is extremely nice and nicely arranged.

− Sadely it is impossible to contact the agency/renter. For 4 or 5 times we tried to call them by phone, we could only get a voice mail and we were never called back. We even sent a message and never received any answer. Because of the weather, the flat was cold , except in the bathroom and we could never get the heat open. After our mail, we could get one warm morning but the days after were cold. Which is sad because the place is nice. .

− Sicuramente il letto e i cuscini: discreti, ma potrebbero essere meglio (ho trovato un intoppo nel lavandino del bagno e ho provato a contattare per whatsapp il numero ma senza risposta)

Perfect location for where I needed to be. Quiet and nice to have security.

− Annoyingly when I arrived the flat hadn't been cleaned and prepared. As I was late in getting there (9.30pm) it was too late to get anyone in to sort it out. There were dirty towels everywhere and the bed was slept in and unmade, full bin. I slept on the sofa with an extra duvet I found. I had to leave early next day to meeting and luckily they had shower facilities as there wasn't a clean towel for me to use at the flat. I understand that these things happen, it just wasn't great when I'd had such a rubbish journey and arrived late and tired. In my absence that day the flat was cleaned and sorted so lovely to come back to which I appreciated. It was an unfortunate experience because the flat is very nice, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper all there and if I had been cooking it would have been fine. The team did get in touch when Booking.com contacted them and we sorted out the cleaning, they did offer to come that night but by this time it was late and I was exhausted. I also received a refund for the first night. I do recommend it, just had a bit of a rubbish experience to begin with.
