A promising stay but management should be better.
6.0Central location, characteristic building with lovely decoration.
− Cleaning and management was poor. We were at the property at 18.30 in the evening of starting day but the cleaning was not finished. Property should be so much cleaner considering the compared fees with hotels. The house has one key and it is not suitable for groups.
Overpriced, could be cleaner, fan not working, beds comfortable
6.0The beds were comfortable
− Fan not working, confusion with key on arrival, front door not very secure, very considerable deposit expected on day of arrival
The apartment was very central with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. It was clean. It needs some renovations -
6.0The location was very good and the apartment was clean.
− The property needs to be updated. The sofa bed had a hole in it. The floor board were very unsteady. The showers were poor.
It’s okay. The staff is helpful with information although not in practice. Location is convenient.
6.0The property is spacious with 3 toilets
− The shower was broken. Extra bedding no provided as shown in the photos when we booked. Have just one key.
Great property but poor Management!
7.0Property size and location was excellent!
− Property Management was unfortunately terrible! The radiator and water heater broke down after an electricity trip and no one bothered to fix them for 3 days - until I myself booked a third party service. The shower in the main bedroom was broken from day 1, so the ensuite washroom was useless. The Property Management changed the check-in time on the day of my arrival, despite my contract stating elsewise. The Property Management also demanded a deposit after my booking and refunded the amount later than promised.
fantastic
