L’île de Lanzarote est magnifique, nous avions loué une voiture ( effectué 640 km en 14 jours) et l’appartement était tr
10.0Les propriétaires sont très professionnels et serviables. L’exactitude des commodités et services proposés dans l’annonce . Parking toujours disponible, sécurité par code d’accès pour l’entrée . La propreté des espaces extérieurs et intérieurs .. Literie très confortable. Les terrasses des appartements ne sont pas à exposées au soleil la plupart de la journée et c’est tant mieux car cela permet de manger dehors, sans fondre !! Et de ne pas trop chauffer l’appart . Et bien entendu la localisation formidable de la plage et des commerces . Et quel calme !! Merci aux propriétaires pour contribuer à faire de ce séjour une expérience magique

8.0Owners fantastic. Communication great helpful and present. Very quiet. Good pool area Shop and a few bars nearby. Beach at the bottom of road. Had everything you need for a self catering week if you just want the basics.
− For us position wasn’t the best balconies get sun in the morning and are cool in the afternoon. But that’s personal preference. The apartment was a bit further from main strip than we thought. However there is another area to the left which had quite a few eateries and bars.

4.0La posizione della struttura è abbastanza strategica in quanto si trova a Puerto del Carmen, molto bella l’area piscina anche se spesso molto ventosa in quanto si trova in leggera altura.
− Dalla zona bagno proveniva una persistente puzza di fogna che arrivava anche nelle altre camere. In cucina abbiamo trovato le formiche, nell’area del piano cottura e tavolo; nonostante la disinfestazione ci è stato detto che dall’impianto elettrico comunque passano questi animaletti che ci hanno accompagnato per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La biancheria potrebbe essere lavata meglio dato che dopo un utilizzo emanava odore di umido.
