− It wasn't cleaned well, really felt messy and there is a big possibility i brought bedbug from there, so I hope the hygiene will improve in future.

2.0Séjour très décevant. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé confirmé, mais il n’a jamais été fourni. L’appartement n’est pas adapté aux familles, quatre étages sans ascenseur, très difficile avec une poussette. Propreté inacceptable : poussière, déchets, cafards et même une souris morte dans une fenêtre. Literie incomplète : seulement deux couchages préparés et rien pour le canapé-lit ; j’ai dormi sans draps ni couettes. Adresse difficile à trouver et aucune aide sur place ; on m’a même raccroché au nez sous prétexte que je ne parlais pas anglais. Pour le prix payé, c’est inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.

5.0La cercanía a la estación
− La vista a la plaza es muy linda, pero nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Éramos 4 y no había suficientes cubiertos, ni trapo ni escoba, por lo que estuvimos 5 días sin poder barrer, incluso encontrando y matando cucarachas. Tampoco había toallas para la cara. Los colchones estaban extremadamente gastados y se sentían los fierros al acostarse, lo que hacía muy incómodo dormir y nos levantábamos contracturados. Al entrar al departamento había un olor horrible y hacía muchísimo calor; al encender el aire acondicionado, también largaba muy mal olor. Por las noches, alrededor de las 23:30, reparten comida a personas sin hogar en la plaza, lo que genera bastante ruido, gritos y gente jugando a la pelota hasta tarde. Además, no cambian el código de acceso entre huéspedes, algo que nos pareció poco seguro. Hay varios aspectos básicos de limpieza, equipamiento, comodidad y seguridad que deberían mejorar.
