8.0Freundlicher Kontakt, schnelle Antwort, flexible Anreise, Unterstützung vor Ort war gegeben (Wasserschlauch bei 40°C im Schatten). Der Gastgeber stande mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Was verbessert werden müsste: Die Matraze im Einzelzimmer war durchgelegen (habe ich schon vor Ort kommuniziert). Check-Out war stressfrei möglich.
