10.0Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Europa di Malcesine in occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e, soprattutto, con una gentilezza rara da parte di tutto lo staff. Pur essendo l’hotel al completo, ci siamo sempre sentiti seguiti e coccolati. Soggiorniamo spesso negli hotel del Lago di Garda e questo è sicuramente uno di quelli che ci sentiamo di consigliare. La camera fronte lago disponeva di un balconcino che regalava una vista spettacolare. Addormentarsi con il suono delle onde è stato meraviglioso. L’acqua del lago è limpidissima e cristallina e le spiagge, tutte accessibili anche ai cani, rendono la struttura perfetta anche per chi viaggia con il proprio amico a quattro zampe, accolto con grande affetto dallo staff. Ottimo anche il ristorante, aperto gon orario continuo dalle 12.00 alle 21.00, con piatti di pesce e di terra ben curati, e una colazione davvero eccellente, ricchissima e di qualità, con omelette e crêpes preparate al momento. La struttura dispone inoltre di una piscina coperta, vasca idromassaggio, splendidi giardini solarium e di un comodissimo garage coperto gratuito, un servizio davvero prezioso a Malcesine. Grazie anche alla disponibilità della proprietà abbiamo potuto festeggiare il nostro anniversario con una romantica cena sul pontile dell’hotel e una splendida escursione in barca al tramonto fino a Limone sul Garda. Un hotel che consigliamo senza alcuna esitazione, sia per un soggiorno romantico sia per una vacanza in famiglia.
Tolles ruhiges Ambiente, dennoch nah zum Zentrum Malcesines
10.0Perfekte Lage direkt am See, der Ortskern von Malcesine ist über die Seepromenade (beginnt direkt vor dem Hotel) in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Auto kann getrost in der Tiefgarage stehen. Das Abendessen direkt auf dem Steg in den See ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich.

9.0The hotel's location is excellent—close enough to the city center for easy access to all the main attractions, yet far enough away to ensure a peaceful and quiet stay without any noise. The staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely supportive throughout our stay. Their high level of hospitality made us feel truly valued and contributed greatly to our overall experience.

2.0Absolut nichts,wegen der Lage.
− Die Lage ist sehr schlecht, sowie die Ausstattung. Entsprechend der 4 Sterne + ist der Preis absolut übersetzt . Für ein DZ mit Frühstück 250 Euro pro Tag in der Zwischensaison im Souterrain an der Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage, ohne Sicht zum Gardasee ist unverschämt. Zwischen Hotel und See führt der Rad und Fußgängerweg unmittelbar vorbei. 30 mal am Tag ab und ausfahren zur engen Tiefgarage. Rolltor auf und zu direkt unter deinem Zimmer mit Blick auf die Betonwand .Kein Stern. Allenfalls Bediensteten Zimmer. Kommen niemals wieder. Pool Allenfalls große Badewanne. Liegewiese für 10 Personen. Schlichtweg eine verlogene Schande. Gute Erholung wünscht Armin bei dem Touristen abzocken !!

10.0The staff was professional, friendly and did all they could to make it a nice stay. The hotel has the best location right on the beach and a stunning view! A good restaurant and you can have dinner served on the small bridge. Great parking facilities as well. Go there!
