Great location to experience local Rome and still see major sites

Great places to stay while visiting Rome that is away from the crowds but still has excellent transportation options to get anywhere you want. Including a metro seven minutes away, a taxi station and tram station in front, and Ostiense train station nearby. The neighborhoods nearby are great and wonderful places for a peaceful walk with actual locals. Our favorite was Testaccio for the great food and gelatos. The apartment is modern and both the bedroom bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Location is quiet and nice well maintained building. Host was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

− If you are sleeping on the sofa couch the fridge compressor can be noisy, seems it could use some maintenance. Would be nice to have curtains instead of just the window metal shutters to use for some privacy. But overall only small little issues, nothing big.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - Circus Maximus 7 min pieszo, 10 min do wejścia na teren Forum Romanum, 12 min do Koloseum. Przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe 1 minuta, 2 stacje metra (linia niebieska) 7 min. każda, 3 lub 4 stacja od dworca Termini i 10 min pieszo do dworca kolejowego Ostiense (np. dojazd do lotniska Fiumicino - 31 min, bilety normalny 8 euro), 5 min sklep spożywczy Deco, 10 min do ogrodu pomarańczowego i tarasu widokowego na Rzym i zachodu słońca. Budynek z ochroną, zbudowany ok. 2002 r. Bardzo istotna kwestia - zarządzający bardzo elastyczny. Świetny kontakt na zasadzie pytanie - natychmiastowa odpowiedź. Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej. Po prośbie o aktywację kodu umożlwiającego wejście do apartamentu otrzymałem go w 30 sekund.

− Ktoś się spieszył ze sprzątaniem. Można było to zrobić lepiej.
