10.0It's a spacious property with 4 bedrooms a living room and a kitchen and two bathrooms. You also have a yard with a picnic table. You get a huge space of privacy. We got all the facilities we needed: washing machine, functioning kitchen, television. Check in/check-out were smooth. The host was proactive and very communicativ and gave us good recommendations, e.g. restaurants.
− For us there was no problem but maybe for older renters it can be: all the bedrooms are on the second floor.

− The direction location is totally wrong. If you can't speak Azari or turkish language, you are not going to reach the villa. The villa is quite old. You should not expect good furniture, toilets, bedrooms or living room facilities. When we arrived, the villa was not clean. Rooms and toilets were barely cleaned. The kitchen tools were not clean, and the fridge was found with fungus. They are awarded 4 stars rating, but in reality, the villa is not as expected at all. The owner was informed by power authority before we arrive of power disconnection as he informed us by phone when everything in the villa went off about 2 hours from our arrival, indpite of his awareness he did not inform us. The weather was cold and it was around 7c, without the heater in the villa and without lights, who could live there!. We stayed for 2 hours without electricity and couldn't stand it further. We informed the owner we are leaving the villa for good. We were disappointed with our villa selection and left Gabala city for suitable place for our family.
